Job Overview:
Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt chat & email response to customers
- Provide real-time support
- Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
- Email coordination with customers
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
Job Specification:
- Graduation or above
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Flexibility
- Customer-centric attitude
- Adaptability
