Job Overview:

Quality Assurance promotes ibex. strategy by providing valuable quality evaluations and reporting information to better equip our operational, training and HR counterparts on their decision-making strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calls Evaluations
  • Calls Listening Sessions with CSE
  • Provide specific feedbacks via post-monitoring annotations
  • Huddles
  • Health Checks on new Processes
  • Respective Teams NPS/Quality/CSAT/ICE etc. Score
  • Reporting

Job Specification:

  • 2-3 years of Call center experience and related QA experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
