Reporting Analyst - Client Services

Job Description

  • Assisting pre-sales with technology product demos.
  • Responsible for Requirement Gathering for technology productsv
  • Responsible for Coordination with internal tech teams for project implementation.
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing for technology tools for new Projects.
  • Acting as Technology Account Manager for all existing clients for handling their inquiries, feedback and escalations.
  • Maintain efficient and accurate Project Analytics and Reporting.
  • Experience in content writing for technology product brochures(preferred)
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel / Visio / Power Point and Writing Skills.

Job Specification

  • Proficiency with computers and industry-related software, especially MS products.
  • Strong knowledge of IP telephony, Networks and Information Security
  • Excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills.

Experience

  • At Least 2 Years’ Experience in IT Field.

Qualification

  • IT Graduate
