Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Overview:

The person will be responsible for effectively implementing and executing recruitment strategy to identify and recruit best suited candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive. Core duties include calling prospects (Telephonic Screening), scheduling shortlisted applicants for interviews, conducting computer assessments and taking follow-up from applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview
  • Conducting Face to Face Interviews when & where required.
  • Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool
  • Taking follow-ups on calls

Job Specification:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Urdu), both verbal and written
  • International Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure
  • Shift Flexibility
