Technical Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support Executive (will be responsible to provide technical support to internal and/or external clients as required. The TSE will be considered as the firm’s front liner and will be required to solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas on  voice and non-voice platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues and requests, reported through Call, Emails, and Tickets
  • Dealing with Application support issues i.e. Application issues in-house developed applications; ensuring and applying essential updates & fixes
  • Respond and resolve or escalate relevant tickets assigned

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology or Computer Science will be preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience preferably in Contact Center environment (voice, non-voice)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work in Flexible shift timings and cater to the needs of 24/7/365 support
  • Understanding of CCMS, Interact, CMS, and Admin Panel Dashboards
