Agent Supervisor Apprenticeship Program (ASAP- Module 4)

Our OD Team organized and conducted 2 training programs of ASAP, for first line managers in Contact Centre in Karachi in the month of July and one session in Lahore.

The first day of the program was a management module in which topics like Conflict Management, MBWA and Effective Communication for Supervisors was covered for the participants. Conflict Management was one of the most insightful topic covered and the participants were benefited by learning the science of small to severe conflicts in their daily work routines and the art to manage and solve them by understanding them clearly. MBWA was experientially learned and understood and email etiquettes in communication were practiced in the class.

While on the 2nd day of the training, advanced level of excel training was conducted by Ahsan Iqbal from Lahore IBEX, and it was a fruitful session to enhance one’s excel skills.

The day was planned with Lunch and Hi-Teas in house and the participants thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this program.
