Waleed Yousaf, Director Operations at IBEX Global is one of the founder members of TRG. He was part of the early days of Align Technologies when he started his career as an intern in MIS department, after that sky was the limit. He gradually made his way up the ladder of achievement and success. His employment span of 14 years with TRG is versatile since he served in multiple department including MIS, Business Development, Project Management and finance systems centralization where he headed the team of GMTs and worked closely with the Tech teams to develop account receivable and payable for all portfolio companies of TRG and integrated them with Grate Plaines. Prior to his existing role, he was responsible for managing the support departments of Quality Assurance, Compliance and WFM for domestic operations. Currently, he is looking after all offshore work that is being done out of Pakistan to facilitate the internal and global customers. His diverse portfolio is a testament to the fact that IBEX Global cultivates an environment that is conducive to growth, success and achievement. The proudest moment of his career was when AT&T won Bronze Award consecutively in a row for B2B sales and now the team is aiming for Silver Award.
