Official contest dates: October 18, 2021 – December 2, 2021.

Location of Event: Official ibex Virtual Idol Online Platform

Eligible Employees: All PK Employees

Event Rules and Guidelines

To participate and contest to win the ibex. Pakistan Virtual Idol singing competition Pakistan based employees must be actively employed and in good standing with ibex. during the time of the contest.

Initial Audition Guidelines

• Contestants will be required to submit a 1–2-minute video to the official contest online video portal at
http://oneibex.com/ibexidol/us/index.php.
• The video should feature the employee, facing the camera, singing a Capella (voice only) without any instruments or music.
• Landscape video is preferred over the portrait setting.
• Initial Auditions will take place between October 18, 2021 – October 31, 2021, 9pm PKST.
• Participants must upload their videos by October 31, 2021, 9pm PKST.
• Late entries will be disqualified.

Initial Audition Judging

• All submissions will be reviewed to ensure compliance with program rules.
• A panel of 5 judges, representing ibex. will review and score all eligible submissions based on the criteria outlined here:
• Musicality and Voice Quality (50%)
• Presentation (30%)
• Star Factor (20%)
• The review period will be from November 1, 2021 - November 15, 2021. 8 Winners will be announced on November 15, 2021 at 6pm.
• The top 8 submissions, based on judges scoring, will advance in the competition to Phase II: Performance Competition.
