You have heard more than enough about engagement, empowerment, teamwork, and all the good things that come with it. How many times have you heard about the hardships, the struggles, the hustle behind a company's success? Not that often, right? As individuals, we are constantly expected to be at the top, praised for our performance, and achieve success in every aspect. Acknowledging and learning from setbacks seems simplistic. During all the hustle and bustles to acquire life on top and get full marks. We often change our strategies. Introducing numerous activities to take your mind off everything is a great way to establish teamwork and bring together people from different teams. To keep hustling, you have to keep encouraging. Keeping that in mind, we conducted a month-long activity in April named ‘Who Comes First’ to appreciate ibexians for their dedication and devotion towards their work. We had a ball while celebrating our people and their efforts for our company. In this month-long activity, 14 brilliant employees made it to the last after facing so many hurdles, and in the end, their hard work paid off. We made sure to reward them in the best possible way and give them certifications so they could use them in the future for both professional and personal gain. Moreover, we know what it takes to be the best in the business. ibex make waves in the BPO industry because of the eager beavers working here. Hence, there was no way we were stopping this celebration. We took our champs for a bowling activity at Lahore arena. It went as well as we expected; our ibexians made sure to leave no stones unturned, went all out, and showed us why we are the best at everything. Sometimes work gets overwhelming, and we get it. Our RnRs are always well thought out and put together, keeping the emotions of each individual in mind. The people who can define this thing are the people these activities are designed for, and one of our star performers exactly did the same thing. He added, “Whole month was very stressful as I had to win the campaign to be the first, but the surprise bowling match was a WOW. I often bowl, but on that day, I bowled for ibex and won again." “If you are not having fun. You are probably at the wrong place. I really appreciate our management for recognizing our hard work and taking us outside for bowling.” Another champ added. Recognitions are good routine behavior that helps sum up a happier environment and even better performances. When affability is performed regularly, they slowly become the norm for workers. We believe little matter, and in the end, you can make a pond out of those small words of appreciation. Daily objectives are one of those things for employees, such as arriving at work on time or completing tasks on time, which should be recognized & celebrated. It is just our way of providing support to the young potential that can bring a fresh perspective. We highly believe that the young generation is the main asset of this country.
