Responsibilities
- Receive/handle inbound calls, email and chat to promote the product/service
- Correspond with customers, track and resolve any product/service issues
- Provide support for product/service information, complaints, and feedback
- Convey interest in each customer through their words with courtesy, attention, and a friendly and caring image
- Maintain our client's core values while providing an exceptional customer experience measured by performance objectives
- Handle the needs and requirements of the customer
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns
Jobs Requirements
- Bachelor or above (marketing or relevant field)
- Good written and verbal communication in English + Urdu language
- Must know roman Urdu
- Must have typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Effective listening skills
- Openness to feedback
- 1-2 years of experience
