We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a big appetite to learn to join our team of experts and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies for ibex. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse objectives of business. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in advertising management skills.
Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers in order to achieve acquisition objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way
- Conduct keyword research and manage them to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other metrics pertained important to paid marketing
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to the supervisor by analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Digital Assets management
- Work closely with Graphic designers, Photographers, Data analysist to perform weekly and monthly requirements
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree in the relevant field
- Minimum of 3+ experience
- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms etc
- Practical knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Forms, Surveys, and Mailchimp)
- Exceptional reporting skills
- Must have an eye for ad visuals
- Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio would be a plus
- Experience in handling programmatic ad buying would be a plus
- Must be able to fulfill Daily Lead Generation Requirements and Brand awareness campaigns
