Job Description
- Graphic Design Mastery: Conceptualize and produce visually captivating and impactful designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Design projects may encompass advertising campaigns, marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, logos, and more
- Brand Leadership: Maintain and enhance brand identity by strictly adhering to established brand guidelines, ensuring all design materials consistently reflect the brand image
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations, incorporating fresh design concepts and strategies into projects
- Software Proficiency: Exhibit expertise in graphic design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools
- Animation: Develop animations and motion graphics for promotional videos, presentations, and interactive content
- Client/Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders, demonstrating excellent English verbal communication skills to gain insights into project objectives, requirements, and target audiences
- US Time Zone Availability: Be available to work in US time zones, ensuring real-time communication and project coordination with team members and clients based in the US
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, especially in the realm of social media, to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of their industries
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all design deliverables meet accuracy and quality standards before final production
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and budgets, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and design excellence
- File Management: Organize, maintain, and backup digital assets to ensure they are easily accessible to the team
- Effective Presentation: Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to clients or internal stakeholders, providing compelling rationale for design choices
Job Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a diploma in graphic design or fine arts is advantageous
- Outstanding English verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based team members and clients
- Extensive professional experience in graphic design, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency. Preferred (but not required)
- Animation or video editing skills, especially in motion graphics software. Preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana. Preferred (but not required)
- Industry-specific experience related to the company's field (e.g., Fitness Industry, Technology, Sports brand, etc.). Preferred (but not required)
