Job Description
Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes
Manage employee engagement initiatives and gain an in-depth understanding of business challenges
Contribute to the implementation and success of Human Resources practices by staying updated on various HR processes
Play a key role in developing and shaping Ibex's people culture and strategy based on consultation with the People team and management
Facilitate internal promotions by working closely with department heads and management to identify and nurture talent within the organization
Coordinate internal resources training programs to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for employees
Implement and manage rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and contributions
Assist the larger HR team with various HR-related tasks, including but not limited to staffing, record-keeping, and employee benefits
Job Specifications
